Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Container of pizza sauce missing date mark inside reach-in cooler. Manager stated he made the pizza sauce two days prior and added proper date mark during this inspection.
Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Floor soiled with black substance near door and three-compartment sink.
