At the time of inspection establishment has plates, knives, forks, spoons, and glass cups that need to washed and sanitized. Operator removed three compartment sink.

Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed top of mop bucket stored in handwash sink located next to three compartment sink towards back storage area.

Current Hotel and Restaurant license not displayed or observed on wall near front counter at time of inspection.
Plumbing system in disrepair. Observed plumbing pipe not affixed to handwash sink, as per water draining onto floor when water faucet is turned on.
