Dishmachine testing at 0ppm chlorine. Operator called earlier today for service but machine was being used to wash, rinse and sanitize. Observed dishes put away from dish machine at beginning of inspection. Establishment will use machine to wash /rinse and three compartment sink was set up to sanitize dishes after wash/rinse cycles until repair is complete.
