Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. cream (50F - Cold Holding) item in reach in cooler on cooks line, standing water at bottom of cooler and the flip top was closed but the top part of cooler was not covered, cold air was sealing out of cooler. See stop sale.
Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. At the end of cooks line with red hose attached.
