Observed on the cold buffet: Cut melon (50F - Cold Holding); Hard boiled eggs (46F - Cold Holding); Cream cheese (50F - Cold Holding); Sliced cheese (48F - Cold Holding). Operator stated they are disposed of after their 3hr breakfast. Emailed and reviewed time as a public health control with the operator
