Displayed food not properly protected from contamination. Observed : unwrapped apples stored on the buffet.
Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed : butter packs in the buffet line reach-in cooler, 49°. These were out for service today. These are currently in a cold gel pac. the cream cheese in the same reach-in cooler was 43°.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed : stainless steel spray stored next to bagged bread on the bottom shelf in storage. The spray was moved away.
Required employee training provided by an unapproved provider. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Observed : that Menu Trinfo was not on the approved provider list.
No Heimlich maneuver/choking sign posted. Observed : lack of a visible choking poster. One was emailed.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed : the area over the juice nozzles has dried splash up.

No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Using quaternary ammonia no test kit.
Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Two spray bottles under Handwash sink with a purple and blue liquid inside no label.
Hole in or other damage to wall. Above the Three compartment sink in kitchen, the paint is peeling away and a black substance is starting to build up.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Top shelf of drying rack in kitchen. Juice dispenser back splash area is soiled. Cabinet under the counter to the right of juice machine inside the cabinet is soiled.
Single-service articles improperly stored. Single service cups on floor in storage area of kitchen. Coffee filters unwrapped on shelf by coffee machine, spoke to manager about protecting items with a container or cover.
Stored food not covered. 2 muffins half way wrapped with plastic wrap on shelf in kitchen, manager discarded items voluntarily.
Portable fire extinguisher gauge in red zone. For reporting purposes only. Fire extinguisher in the recharge zone in the kitchen.
Met inspection standards. 7 violations recorded, none serious enough to require a return visit.

Observed: open gallon of milk in the countertop reach-in cooler in the dining area, milk 48F and oat milk 47F. These were out for service earlier. Both were moved to the reach-in cooler in the kitchen with the lids left off.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed: spray chemical on top of the low boy dish wash machine and pointed at the clean dishes above the dish wash machine. The spray was moved to cleaning.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Observed lack of paper towels at the lone hand wash sink. Paper towels were added to the dispenser.
Food stored on floor. Observed: a case of oranges stored on the floor in the kitchen. These were placed on a cart.
Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed: ice buildup up in the reach-in freezer in the storage room.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observe the area over the juice dispenser has an accumulation of dried splash up.
Worn, torn and/or soiled floors/carpeting. Observed: the floor behind the kitchen door has an accumulation of debris.
