Water softener salt (food) stored in a location that is not clean and dry. Salt stored on floor in water heater room.

Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. In kitchen area, mop bucket blocking access to handwash sink. Employee stated she just filled bucket, bucket moved.

Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. In kitchen area, light visible around entire back door when closed.
No conspicuously located ambient air temperature thermometer in holding unit. At buffet, small reach-in cooler with milk and yogurt missing ambient thermometer.
