In flip top cooler, Ricotta Cheese (71F - Cold Holding); Mozzarella Cheese (68F - Cold Holding); Sliced Ham (71F - Cold Holding); Marinara Sauce (71F - Cold Holding). Per operator, foods not prepped or portioned today, foods held in unit overnight. Operator stated that power was turned off last night. Foods were discarded. See Stop Sale.
