Operator put a star on menus during inspection.
Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package. In reach in cooler observed eight packages unopened, thawed raw salmon in Reduced Oxygen Packaging labeled "Remove from Packaging Before thawing" Operator discarded product.
