An employee moved the hamburger meat to the bottom shelf during this inspection.
Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Inside reach-in cooler near kitchen entrance: 24 reduced oxygen packages of mahi thawed inside reduced oxygen packaging. The mahi is completely thawed. The package does have a label indicating the mahi must be removed from packaging prior to thawing.
Clam/mussel/oyster tags not marked with last date served. One clam tag with printed date of 4/15 on spike without date last clam served recorded on the tag.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Bucket stored down inside handwash sink at cookline. Manager removed the bucket from the sink during this inspection.

Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. 1. Inside reach-in cooler at cookline: shrimp (48F - Cold Holding). Manager stated the shrimp was thawed one hour prior. 2. Inside top of refrigerated make-table at cookline: ham (47F - Cold Holding). The ham is in a pan sitting on top of another pan, well above the safe load limit of the cooler. Manager stated the ham has been stored here for approximately 15 minutes and put it back into the cooler.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Aerosol can containing but poison stored on prep table beside mixer in prep kitchen. Manager removed the bug poison from the table during this inspection.
Clam/mussel/oyster tags not marked with last date served. Manager provided 31 clam tags, all missing date the last clam was served.
Clams/mussels/oysters tag removed from original container prior to container being emptied. Clam tag missing from pan of clams inside reach-in cooler behind front counter. Manager located the tag and placed it back into the pan during this inspection.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Handwash sink at cookline completely blocked by cutting board. Manager unblocked the handwash sink during this inspection.
