Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. Observed : egg salad at 47° overnight. Tuna and chicken salad were in the unit overnight, and were discarded also.

Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed : in the reach-in cooler: Swiss cheese 59°, provolone 60°, these came from the main kitchen at 11:00. ALSO, sliced ham 53°, sliced turkey 49°, these were brought from the kitchen at 11:00. Then egg salad 47°. Milk 46°. The egg salad was in the reach-in cooler overnight, as was chicken and tuna salad. The other time/temperature control for safety(besides the salads) items were moved to freezers.
