Upon arrival, the inspector observed a sign on the hand sink in the prep kitchen area, which stated: "Do not use" The faucets were taped off, making the hand sink inoperable and inaccessible for use. The operator explained that the hand sink was nonfunctional due to a plumbing leak. The inspector noted a bucket placed under the sink to catch the leaking water. The inspector informed the operator that a hand sink must be fully operational and accessible for use at all times. Inspector also discussed that it is the only hand sink in the establishment besides the hand sink in men's and woman's restrooms.
