Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. 1) Employee exit kitchen through back door and failed to washed hands after re entering. Employee put on gloves and reached out for an aluminum foil to wrap a customer's sandwich without first removing gloves or washing hands. Reviewed proper hands washing procedures.
