Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Employee replaced gloves after preparing food, but did not wash. Hands educated regarding handwashing.

No handwash sink for employees. Observed water not working at hand wash sink and three compartment sink.
Plumbing system improperly installed or repaired. Observed house behind three compartment sink unattached to other house not allowing water to go to both hand wash sink and three compartment sink.
