Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed both ice machines with mold -like substances.
Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Observed hood filters soiled with grease like substance.
Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Observed ice buckets sitting up right on ice bin.
Covered waste receptacle not provided in women's bathroom.
Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils.
Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Observed containers on shelving by dishwasher.
Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Observed the back door located in the kitchen.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed dust on fan near dishwasher. Observed food debris on side of make table in front of steam tables.
Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. Thawing in standing water, items removed and prepped.
