Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Observed handwashing sink pipe leaking at the bathroom. Bathroom is not operating at the moment, as per operator other bathroom is in use.

Refrigerated time/temperature control for safety food received at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed delivery from hialeah store 3 cases of raw chicken (45F-50F - Cold Holding). Advised operator to place inside the reach in freezer for rapid cooling.
