Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed a food handler putting away a delivery put on gloves and began to cut leafy greens.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed a metal strainer in the hand wash sinks at the bar and kitchen.
