Diced tomatoes 62F 2:40 cooling, on kitchen prep table in a container with no ice, or ice melted, diced one hour ago. Diced tomatoes 58F at 3:10 at this rate tomatoes will not reach 41F within 4 hours. Operator added ice for quick cooling.
