Evidence of mop/cleaning wastewater dumped onto ground. Observed evidence of standing large puddle of waste mop water in back drive way asphalt area which is draining into near by storm drain. Observed mop sink underneath with missing drain pipe and water is being collected in buckets resulting in mop sink being inoperable. As per manager who escorted me outside to show me where they dump the water either on the grass area, or asphalt in drive way or in storm drain. Reviewed with manager on duty and will be on following day call back as per Linda in District Office.

Sweet potato (51-53F - Cold Holding), stored on front line finish reach in cooler and place there around 6am from interior reach in cooler as per manager. Items is above fill line and manager removed access and place inside reach in cooler. cooked chicken, sweet potatoes, corn/jalapeño mix (47-50F - Cold Holding), all stored in upright reach in cooler in kitchen area, place there from overnight but employee in and out of unit due to preparing multiple foods.
