Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed handwash sink near reach in cooler filled with blender lids, the operator removed the items.
No currently certified food service manager on duty with four or more employees engaged in food preparation/handling. The general manager came to the store during inspection.
In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Observed scoop handle in chocolate powder, the operator removed the scoop.

No proof provided that food employees are informed of their responsibility to report to the person in charge information about their health and activities related to foodborne illnesses. Operator states the employees are aware but no signed copies of a reporting agreement available on site.
Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Open employee beverage stored in walk in cooler above food to be served to the public.
Improper storage of maintenance equipment that interferes with cleaning. Shelf is blocking access to the mop sink.
