Observed at small flip top cooler at front counter: cooked sweet potatoes (61F - Cold Holding); Greek yogurt (62F-cold holding); cooked corn (63F - Cold Holding); cut lettuce (60F - Cold Holding);;; scrambled eggs (62F - Cold Holding) per employee, items not prepared or portioned today. Per employee, Food brought from walk in cooler to flip top reach in cooler at 8:00 and left out of temperature for approximately 1 1/2 hours. Employee moved food to other reach in cooler unit to bring items back to 41F within 3 1/2 hours.
Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Observed ice bucket on top of ice machine in back kitchen not inverted.
