Feta (54F - cooling) at 10:15 since 10:05 - 54F 10:35 Observed sitting out on counter in covered container in kitchen. At current rate of cooling product will not reach 41F within 4 hours. Operator returned to walk in cooler and removed lid.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. No paper towels at hand wash sink by blender sink and men's restroom. Operator provided paper towels.
