Food being cooled by nonapproved method as evidenced by inadequate rate of cooling during time of inspection. At Double flip top cooler; cut tomatoes (50°F - Ambient Cooling 11:10am/50°F - Ambient Cooling 11:30am). Operator stated the tomatoes were cut less than 1 hour prior, being held in over filled pan, at this rate tomatoes will not reach 41°F within 4 hours. Moved to reach in cooler.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. At kitchen; hand wash sink used to store chemicals. Operator removed.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. At front counter hand wash sink no paper towels. Operator provided paper towels.

Employee drinking from an unenclosed beverage container in a food preparation/clean dishware area and the container does not have a dispensing mechanism to prevent hand contact with lip contact area of drink container. Open bottle of water in triple door cooler - operator removed.
