What the inspector wrote — 8 findings
Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Inspector observed employee move from front counter, move to a reach-in cooler and put on gloves to begin work. Inspector stopped employee and discussed handwashing prior to putting on gloves to begin work. Employee immediately removed gloves and washed hands before returning to work.
