Inspector observed employee move from front counter, move to a reach-in cooler and put on gloves to begin work. Inspector stopped employee and discussed handwashing prior to putting on gloves to begin work. Employee immediately removed gloves and washed hands before returning to work.
Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Mop sink with hose attached missing vacuum breaker. Manager removed hose from mop sink.
