Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed on the left side make table: Kale (55F - Cold Holding); Spinach (55F - Cold Holding) Operator stated they had been there for approximately 3hrs. Operator placed them in the walk in cooler.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed the warewashing hand wash sink with a sanitizer bucket stored in it. Operator removed the bucket.
Current Hotel and Restaurant license not displayed. Observed no current license.
In-use utensil in non-time/temperature control for safety food not stored with handle above top of food within a closed container. Observed multiple scoops with their handles buried in food product in containers of dry goods. Operator removed the scoops.
Wiping cloth quaternary ammonium compound sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Observed the sanitizer bucket at 0ppm quaternary. Operator replaced the sanitizer and remade it at 200ppm.

Opened employee beverage container in a cold holding unit with food to be served to customers. Observed opened employee drinks on the top shelf of the walk in cooler.
Wiping cloth quaternary ammonium compound sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Observed sanitizer bucket at 0ppm quaternary. Operator emptied the bucket and replaced it with new sanitizer measuring at 200ppm quaternary.
