When operator asked to identify product used for specific item advertised on menu/menu board, operator indicated an imitation product or different product was used.Facility serving calamari and advertising octopus on menu. Inspector requested to see invoice and the owner recognized that he uses calamari as octopus. Per operator to his knowledge they are the same. Operator changed the name to squid or calamari on board.
