Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed black mold-like substance in the top interior of the ice machine.
Wet wiping cloths used for occasional spills on equipment food- and nonfood-contact surfaces not clean. Observed three soiled wet clothes being used to wipe down the tables in the front and prep area.
