Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Chemical spray bottles of sanitizer and oven cleaner hanging on shelf of soda bag and box system with nozzles aimed at soda syrup. Operator relocated to floor.

Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature. In bottom section of reach-in cooler at cook line, container of raw chicken stored over container of raw shrimp. Also, in double door stand up reach-in freezer, container of raw scallops stored over bags of breaded okra. Operator moved items to correct storage levels.
