Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed trash can blocking handwash sink near 3 compartment sink, the operator moved the trash can.
Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed buildup in ice machine in kitchen. Observed buildup in ice chute of self serve beverage dispenser in dining room. A technician came during inspection to service the machine.
Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed bowl used as scoop in sugar, the operator removed the item.
Carbon dioxide/helium tank near exit door not adequately secured.
