Warewashing sanitizing solution exceeding the maximum concentration allowed. Upon inspection, observed sanitizing solution in triple sink to be 500ppm. Sanitizer labeling states safe range of 200-400ppm. Employee added water to sanitizing solution and reading of 200ppm was observed during inspection.
