Equipment in poor repair. Chest freezer observed with broken handle with exposed insulation. This is no longer smooth and easily cleanable. Torn gasket on reach-in cooler.
Ice bucket/shovel stored on floor between uses.
Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. A closed bag of beer cheese sauce was observed thawing in standing water at the dish sink. Cook removed from water and began preparing to heat the sauce.
Waste lines missing at soda gun holsters at the bar.

Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Replaced supply bottle, primed three times. Ran machine five times with no success. Dishwasher (Chlorine 0ppm)
Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw shell eggs in the walk-in cooler were stored directly above pickled onions and salad dressings. Chef moved to proper hierarchy.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Cleaning chemicals stored alongside panko breading and flour tortillas in dry storage. Chef moved food away from chemicals.
No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at warewashing machine. Chef supplied strips during the visit.
No soap provided at handwash sink at the bar. Staff supplied hand soap during the visit.
Raw/undercooked animal food offered and establishment has no written consumer advisory. Raw animal foods must be fully cooked prior to service. No consumer advisory on the menu or posted and establishment offers beef burgers cooked to order. Provided signs to post and suggested menu edits to be done right away.
