Observed raw shrimp (49F - Cold Holding); hard boiled eggs (50F - Cold Holding); sausage (50F - Cold Holding); raw shell egg ambient temp (46F - Cold Holding) in walk in cooler, the operator states they have someone coming to fix the cooler. Operator relocated all items to walk in freezer. Observed raw chicken wings (56F - Cold Holding) at reach in cooler on cook line, the operator iced down chicken.
