The chlorine dish machine was ran a few times and tested at 0 PPM. The kitchen employee change the container of chlorine and the machine was primed. Chlorine now testing at 50 PPM.
Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Bottle of WD-40 observed stored underneath prep table next to bag of beans and clean cutting boards.
