Water with a temperature of least 85 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. -employee restroom hot water was running at 74F, operator turned up hot water and retemped at 92F.
Bathroom facility not clean. -customer restroom had toilet paper overflowing from trash can and onto the floor
