Water with a temperature of least 85 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Observed no hot water in the hand sink in the public restroom.
Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed handle in a container of chocolate sprinkles, operator removed.
Employee with no hair restraint while engaging in food preparation. Observed employee with no hair restraint dealing in food prep, operator gave her a hat.
Open dumpster lid. Employee came out and closed lid.
Stored food not covered. Observed waffle cones stored on the counter unprotected and not covered, operator stored in a container.

Food service Not observed by inspector during inspection but food service was taking place when inspector arrived through drive through window and only one employee with long nails was onsite.

Stored food not covered. Observed waffle cones stored on open counter with no cover to protect from dust and airborne debris.
Wiping cloth quaternary ammonium compound sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Auto dispenser not dispensing sanitizer. Operator manually dispensed sanitizer to correct to proper 400ppm.
