Employee touched cash register for payment and began to touch clean Togo containers to serve to customers. Discussed with employee the importance of hand washing.
Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Walk in cooler Cold holding: ice cream 45f ice cream chocolate 44 ambient air temperature between 43 f - 45 f employee moved some ice cream to reach in freezer.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Dumped ice cream in the hand washing sink.
