Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed pooled eggs and raw shell eggs in 2 door make station on cook line over heavy cream and ready to eat sauces. Operator moved items to the bottom shelf.

Cooked pasta prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked in the walk in cooler. The operator properly date marked the pasta.
No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink near the entrance to the kitchen.
