Dipperwell faucet bent downward eliminating required air gap. Observed no air gap on dipper well at front counter. Operator tightened screws on dipper well faucet creating a 1 " air gap.
Wiping cloth sanitizer solution exceeds the maximum concentration allowed. Observed chlorine sanitizer bucket to strong. Educated operator on correct strength of chlorine sanitizer. Operator diluted sanitizer to 100ppm.
Garbage on the ground and/or pad around dumpster. Observed bags of trash on the ground around shared dumpster with plaza.
Wiping cloth sanitizing solution stored on the floor. Observed sanitizer bucket on floor. Operator put sanitizer bucket inside another bucket moving it off the floor.
Nothing was found. The inspector recorded no violations at all.

Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed bowls being used as scoops for multiple ice cream toppings in the front service counter. Operator removed the bowls.
Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Observed an employee wearing a watch and bracelet while preparing food in the kitchen. Informed operator on standards.
Floor not cleaned when the least amount of food is exposed. Observed food debris build up under the ice cream topping make table in the front counter area.
Garbage on the ground and/or pad around dumpster. Observed garbage build up on the shared plaza pad.
