Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed : covered yogurt in the walk-in cooler 49°. This was returned to the walk-in cooler after the delivery truck had left. The corners were lifted on the food wrap and it cooled 2° within 9 minutes.

Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed: the sushi end hand wash sink was obscured from use by a rolling cart. The cart was adjusted out of the way.
Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed: ice in the front line hand wash sink. The ice was melted.

Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment. Observed: a clean up written procedure that requires chlorine. No chlorine is allowed at this address. The procedure is to call EVS, they send a crew and handle all bodily spills. They use oxi-cide as their cleaner. A dry absorbing material is laid down first. The written procedures are being adjusted for this update.
