Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. The chlorine in the dish machine was initially testing at 0 PPM. The inspector noticed that the chlorine chemical bottle was empty, and the operator replaced it with a new bottle. After running the dish machine again, the chlorine level tested at 100 PPM.
