Food stored on floor. Observed soy sauce bucket stored on floor in dry storage area. Owner moved bucket to shelving at time of inspection.
Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed buildup of dust and/or food debris on fans inside of walk in cooler fan housing.
