In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Dipperwell used for ice cream utensils water turned off. Operator turned water back on but then turned it off again. Discussed importance of proper utensil storage with operator, as well as other options for stpring ice cream scoops. She turned water back on.
