Food service line lacking adequate sneezeguards or other proper protection from contamination. Unprotected cakes on top of front buffet line line for employees to grab and go, employees reaching hands between sneeze guards pointing between gap at which foods they are wanting. Advised operator that the sneeze guard must cover the area not allowing hands to go in between partition and food. Operator did remove cakes from top of display to behind sneeze guard, but was unable to close entire gap.
