Dishmachine not washing/rinsing properly. Must wash, rinse and sanitize all dishware, equipment and utensils in three-compartment sink until dishmachine is functioning properly. Dishmachine at bar testing 0ppm, no sanitizer. Operator replaced and ran several times, tested 50ppm.
