Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. -garage door in storage area is in disrepair, large gap at bottom, bent. Doors to food service area not tight fitting.
Unpackaged food not protected from environmental sources of contamination during preparation/storage. -ice machine located in room with garage door. Plans submitted and approved do not show existing garage door. Per operator, door cannot be permanently sealed off. Operator weighing options. Ice machine must be in a location with smooth, non-absorbent and easily cleanable floors, walls and ceiling.
