Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. Soy milk and oat milk all opened held over 24 hrs not date marked.
Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Employee hand wash sink on cooks line blocked by fan and poll, corrected operator moved items during inspection.
