Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Flip top reach in cooler at the front counter: raw shell eggs stored above muffins. Discussed with the operator and provided the form for the proper storage of food.

Use of cooking equipment producing grease laden vapors/smoke with no hood suppression system installed. Notified Fire AHJ. For reporting purposes only. Observed establishment using a portable grease fryer to fry empanadas and croquettes.
