Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Ran dish machine for 20 minutes, discussed with operator. Dishwasher (Chlorine 0ppm) SECOND PPM Dishwasher (Chlorine 40ppm) Operator called technician at time of inspection, technician stated they are on their way but have no set time of arrival. Establishment does not have 3 compartment sink in establishment, establishment has 2 compartment sink on right side of dishwasher. Operator filled 2 compartment sink up with quaternary sanitizer Double Sink (Quaternary 200ppm)
