Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed sausages 46F, chocolate milk 46F, mozzarella cheese 46F in display reach in cooler at front counter. Per manager held for over 24 hours and reach in cooler door accidentally held open last night during cleaning. Manager threw out food items and defrosted cooler during inspection. See stop sale.
