Establishment charging automatic gratuity without properly disclosing the information on the menu and the bill. Operator states they were adding a gratuity to customers that visited more than three times without tipping and were informing the costumers before they ordered. Informed the operator that it had to be in written format as well and the operator posted a sign on the front desk for the customers.
